This is a picture of Emma when she was 19 days old. "Bunny Bear" (it's a really soft stuffed bear dressed in a pink bunny suit) is her lovey now, but back then it was her companion in the bassinet because they really were about the same size!
We just returned from enjoying Thanksgiving in Tucson. Grandma and Grandpa have a tree that actually turns color in the fall, and we took our family photo in front of it.
Emma's 9-month well child check stats: 16 lbs. 1 oz (25th percentile), 27" (60th percentile), and 43.5 cm head circumference (60th percentile). Her iron level was normal (which is very good because mine is too low), but we're going to monitor her weight for a month to make sure she's not losing weight.
