Eruption!

Emma's first teeth are growing in on her lower gums. She has been drooling and gumming everything for a few months, but her teeth finally erupted in the last day or two. This morning, I decided to check her gums and put my pinkie against her lower gums and felt little hard bumps. Sure enough, she has teeth! She's been a great little baby all along, and had never been very fussy. This afternoon, she would not nurse without frequently stopping to sob. I couldn't figure out what was bothering her, and then it dawned on me her gums must hurt. Luckily, I had purchased Baby Orajel a long time ago and applied a little bit to her gums and she was able to finish nursing. She's growing up!
